ARE REIKI CHAKRA BALANCING STONES THE SAME AS REIKI HEALING CYRSTALS?
 
No. The reiki healing crystals are specifically for healing 'wounds', rather than addressing imbalances in the chakras. If you are unsure whether you need a healing stone or a chakra stone, please reach out via the contact form  If you feel that you require both types of reiki crystals then by all means, order both. If you do this, wait a few days after doing the healing work before doing the chakra work.
 
WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
 
Sean will pick the most appropriate reiki chakra balancing stone for your needs  and will personally charge it for you- stones are not charged 'en masse', but are programmed for each person on an individual basis. Each stone is charged to maximum capacity, which allows for THREE chakra balancing sessions.  Orders will be processed and mailed out within 5 days, sent by Royal Mail. Those of you outside the UK will need to add on approx 7 days to this to allow for overseas travel. Postage is FREE worldwide!

WHICH OF THE REIKI CHAKRA BALANCING STONES SHOULD I PICK?
 
That depends on your symptoms, which may not necessarily be physical in nature, so have a read of the guide below and select the one that reflects your most dominant/troublesome symptoms. Please note that a variety of symptoms fall under each chakra, but you may only be experiencing one or two of any mentioned. You can order more than one if you feel the need, and it is fine to work with different chakra stones at the same time.

Lack of calm, a feeling of things always happening too suddenly, so you have no time to think or react, a feeling of life overwhelming you and all sorts of niggling problems you don't feel able to cope with. Headaches, migraines, nightmares or vision issues may present.

You find it difficult to express yourself properly.You find being assertive difficult. On a more extreme level, people may feel crippled by shyness or social anxiety. You might feel reluctant to speak up/speak out and you may worry too much about what others might think. You may keep attracting the wrong type of people. Frequently feeling run down, shoulder/neck issues, hearing or thyroid problems can present.

Lack of confidence or self worth - low self esteem. Low physical energy or feeling exhausted a lot of the time. Weight issues, constipation or lower back pain may present.
